The linked PDF Portfolio, which can be opened in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, contains two documents: a complete set of instructions for completing the PDF Proposal Form and the PDF Proposal Form itself. Once completed, the PDF Proposal Form is submitted by clicking the "Submit" button contained in the Proposal Form. Note that you are encouraged to save and print a copy of your proposal for your personal records.

As you make plans to attend the conference, all ATMI members and other conference attendees are encouraged to attend the annual ATMI/CMS pre-conference Technology Workshop, held the day before the ATMI/CMS national conference begins. Further information about the conference and technology pre-conference is available via the CMS conference home.
